Before effecting "the pause", we just wanted to share this picture from when we went to Lira (the largest nearby town) to get the vehicle serviced. There, God answered a big prayer for some Acholi Luo Bibles that we plan to give to our CHE trainers upon graduation. They came via Rev Martin Okwany, a long-time friend of EI missionaries over the years, who just happened to have ten Acholi Luo Bibles on hand from a Bible distribution ministry he is involved with. Praise God!
Just a quick note to say we're doing well, but on a bit of a blog hiatus due to preparations and then implementation of CHE TOT2 (from yesterday to Friday). And if experience counts for anything, we'll likely be down for a couple days after the week ends...so expect a bit of a pause before the next post!
